1. Remove the clear, protective top sheet and place the temporary tattoo face down on the skin. 2. Wet the back of the temporary tattoo thoroughly with a wet sponge or moist paper towel. 3. Press the temporary tattoo down on the surface area of the skin and hold 10 seconds. 4. Slide off the paper backing off of the temporary tattoo.
