[How to use Decide where you want to apply the tattoo and make sure the skin is dry, clean and oil-free. Cut the desired tattoo design and remove clear backing sheet. Place the tattoo on your skin facedown. Wet the back of the tattoo with a wet towel or sponge and press for a while. Remove the paper from the edge to check. If the tattoo isn’t transferred, press a little longer. Make sure you don’t twist or stretch the skin until tattoo is dry.]
